Back home after Germany!

I had a really good time in St. Peters-Ording during the Palmolive kitecompetition and I will for sure go back there next year!

I met so much nice people, chilled with the UK guys, kited a lot and my result from the comp was quite good. I came on the 7th place of 16 girls, just after gisela, karolina, bruna, kari, kristin and angela. In the single elimination I pass to the second heat where I met Angela Peral. I had to little power in my kite because the wind dropped during the heat, so I couldnt do so much. In the double elimination I was against Adrien the french girl thats sponsored by cabrinah, and I had a really good heat so I won it. Next heat I was against the famous Kristin Boese, but the wind dropped and I didnt do as good as in the first one so I lost. But Im really happy for my 7th place in this big comp. Its my first one accept the small comps in sweden wheres almost no girls competing, and in Sylt there was no wind for freestyle.

PKRA tour in Germany and I'm on the spot!

It´s monday and there hasnt been so much wind for today so they have done the racing. For tomorrow it looks the same, but during the past two days they have managed to do the guys qualification and the first round in the single elimination for the men. So no riding for us girls yet but the forcast has some wind coming!

I need to say that this is a really good organised event with loads of people involved that doing a nice work and making this to the worlds biggest kite event. Some of the most famous riders are here and a few of them I met in Oz. In my first heat I will meet my dear friend Holly Kennedy (she is doing the whole tour). I really hope theres going to be loads of wind, then I will have the most fun on the water :)

I forgot my camera to, and that sucks. I will ask some friends to send me some pics from this event so I could put up some on my blog.

Last competition in Sylt we had this SUP race and I was third during the race, but in the end I lost balance and fell in so then I had no chance. The last day they had a best trick competition in barely no wind. Nicky Rudd and I won it so I got some price money and a little publicity :)

Back home in Sweden I work to much so I'm really happy that I got a break and could have time for kiting again. Also planning trips with Holly again :)
